Debbie recently joined R & R Integrated Solutions as our COO/Agency Manager. With many years of employee benefits experience, she provides strong strategic planning and best practices for promoting a successful client experience as well as agency management. Prior to joining the team with McGriff Insurance Services, she has spent the last 30 years as a benefits consultant with national agencies as Account Executive, Team Leader, and VP of Operations. She has provided trusted consulting services to clients in Florida and across the US as well as mentored many Employee Benefits Account Management staff. She has specialized in employer groups of all sizes, in both fully insured and self-funded market strategies, including implementation of benefits strategies, employer and employee communications, financial analysis of claims, and cost management strategies including in-depth knowledge of ongoing compliance requirements.
Debbie is very active in the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and is the immediate Past President of the Florida Association of Health Underwriters (FAHU) and past President of the Tampa chapter, TBAHU. NAHU, and its State/Local chapters, is the premier trade association representing health insurance agents and brokers and continues to protect the indispensable role that professional benefit specialists play in serving our consumers.
Debbie currently holds the Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist Designation, Single-Payer Designation, and the Advanced Self-Funded Certifications, and has almost completed the REBC program.
Debbie has been married to her husband, Joe, for over 35 years. They have two amazing children, Kirsten and Christopher, as well as two beautiful grandchildren, Kendall and Jojo. When she’s not at her son’s sporting events or visiting her grandchildren, she enjoys spending time with her third child, a.k.a. her dog, Hemi.
