Yes, we provide recruit process outsourcing through a product we call Rent and Recruit. We provide a team of experienced recruitment professionals that vette resumes, call candidates, pre-vette and schedule interviews onto hiring manager calendars. The goal is to improve touchpoints to all applicants and lower no-show rates of interviews leading to maximized hires. The product is a monthly subscription based payment model.
Do you provide technology?
We provide a Learning Management System with 16,000 courses that are available to license. You are able to build customized learning plans for your employees. We also provide an Applicant Tracking System to manage the recruitment process through Rent and Recruit. We also provide an electronic document signing platform that can alleviate physical document processes. We integrate with any HRM or technology solution you need to do your job and business. We provide functional APIs to all of our technology.
What type of health benefits do you offer?
We offer HMO, HMO Open Access, POS Open Access and PPO plans. We also offer supplemental coverages for voluntary life and AD&D as well as short and long term disability. If your business needs accident, critical illness, cancer, hospital indemnity or GAP coverages - we provide those as well.
What funding arranges do you have with your benefit plans?
We provide multiple options. There is fully insured, level funding and self-funding plans. We also provide reference based pricing which calculates pricing based on a percentage of what Medicare would pay. We have Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. We also provide Dental and Vision PPO options.
